Thanks Tooty....this is a classic Coppernose in my region......really dark body and a face full of copper.....it's a fun place to fish and holds good numbers of quality gills........
Of all your pics Jeffrey this one is one of my favorites and would lllllllllllllove to fish this spot!
I can see foam spiders bounced off the sea wall and falling into the water on the end of the fly line and HHHHHHHHHHHANG ON !
Your fish look far from throwbacks, Jeffrey! I know all too well about things I never knew I had hurting. Daddy said he asked a 90 yr old friend of his how he was doing, and he replied "everything I got either hurts or itches" lol
LOL.....Stuff hurts now that I didn't know I had Tooty.....little slower hitting that alarm clock in the morning.......A little stiff after that long car ride.......But healthy enough to stay on my favorite river daylight to dark in pursuit of my favorite past time........Big Bluegill!
You don't look a pound over 240 to me Jeffrey!!!!!!!! If you are happy and healthy that's all that matters!
Great News Vince......glad to hear you're feeling alot better.......It may be the Carl Zeiss Glass lens in the camera.....I'm worried now that my big gills look like throwbacks....LOL
Hey Jeffrey, I need one of them cameras! Cardiac Rehab three days a week, and better eating has been doing me a lot of good though.
Thanks Troy....only my family and close friends believe me when I tell them I built my house here because of the fishing in this region....I'm not too far from world class Shellcracker fishing in the Suffolk lakes of Virginia but equipment restrictions and fishing pressure are two things I don't have to deal with locally. Don't get me wrong though, those big redears are fun to catch and I'm looking forward to getting back up there soon.
LOL Definite camera lens magic recipe.
Thanks Leo...I like my Sony camera even better now...LOL...still 6' 3" and 255....You won't lose much eating the things I love the most!
