These fish are zipping drag on my light tackle but what a great time this morning......

Hard to say how big with only a two to three second look but she looked to be eight pounds or more for sure.....It was just one of those cool things that happen when you're fishing that only other anglers can relate to.....Anglers that have seen it happen will relate immediately!

GREAT SHOT as always Jeffrey ! I've had lots of bass chase gills I"ve hooked but usually not this big a one. Must have been a monster bass!

I would have loved to have gotten a picture of the giant Largemouth Bass that chased this gill up to the boat.....as big as this gill is a bass was still looking at him as a food source.....but I guess the movement could have triggered the attack instinct in the bass as well...
