Do you love big bluegill?
a few gills just outside the pads
Charted many big fish;some suspended, lots near bottom . Vertical jigging didn't produce like the other day on the Crappie and Pickerel.Just some dink gills Bass and Crappie up in the column and one cut off 18" pickerel .Finally managed a 23" Pickerel deadsticking a shortened 3" Easy Shiner fluttered down in 20 ' inside a deep cove near" pad edges. All is not lost as I am charting fish in new spots and learning this lake much better.

Spent most of the time charting fish ,structure ,dropoffs, weedlines and vertical jigging in 10-20 zone .

Yes I was in a small boat and just oars .Should have tried it . What I did here was go inside but it was so shallow and clear the fish weren't there .
