What a beautiful fish. Your comment about thinking northern strain at first got me thinking. Do you think you've ever caught a fish that's a cross between northern strain and coppernose, if that even occurs? I'm not too familiar with the coppernose being from Ohio. So I don't know if they spawn at similar water temps or not.
