That's a good looking gill, Jeffrey.The purple breast is outstanding! He had no trouble gobbling up that cotton candy.

There are so many excellent tiers and lure makers on this site...to fish just one bait would be counter productive. Sure...I get a kick out of catching fish on mine, but I want to know what else is out there that works, too.

Jim thanks a bunch and that means alot coming from you buddy. I've told lots of folks that of course I still like to catch as many fish as the next guy , but get a real sense of accomplishment when someone else uses the baits and has success, ESPECIALLY KIDS.... I know SIr Jeffreys' grandkids will get a try at the bugs real soon and that will make my day and career as a tier, JUST DOSN'T GET BETTER THAN THAT ........

GOOD FOR YOU BUDDY but bad for gills !!!!!!!!! In a week when I head south to the beds in southern Illinois the split shots will be gone and the slow fall is on then buddy......Yup Durability is my number one goal with all the bugs and these are so simple to make anyone could do it...
