Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Anybody fish these things? I originally had bought a few from China on eBay for bass fishing but I’m not sure I trust em to hold a real big fish so I’ll try my luck with panfish

I’m gonna add a bullet weight in front of the rig. I’ll also make the heavier lure goes on the bottom which will trail in the back we will see if it works. I like experimenting...

MIKE;; YOU CAN PUT WILLOW LEAF SPINNER BLADES OR WHAT EVER YOU LIKE;; ONLY KEEP THE ACTUAL HOOKS TO LEGAL LIMITS;;;;  THAT WAY IT IMITATES A SCHOOL OF MINNOWS; AND STILL BE LEGAL..  WONDER HOW YOU LIKE THE RIG ;; ONCE YOU TRY IT;;;;  I WOUND UP HATINNG THE ONE I HAD;;  ALWAYS FELT LIKE I WAS BRINGING IN A TREE LIMB !!

Yeah I actually just made my own tonight with only three arms so I’ll be legal in DE. I’ve never attempted to throw one so I’m excited about it. I’m not using a lot of weight so we shall see. It’s an experiment......

THE DREADED;; UMBRALLA RIG !  I TIRED ONE OF THESE;; MANY YEARS AGO;;  ITS A DEFINITE LINE TWISTER;;  EXTREM HEAVY -- TO WIND IN;; CATCHING FISH;; ONLY COMPOUNDED ITS;; ARKWARDNESS.. AND; IF YOUR GOING TO USE ONE;; BETTER GET A GOOD;; MED HEAVY ROD !!  FIBERGLASS WOULD BE A GOOD CHOICE !  ALSO BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR STATE LAWS;; AS TO HOW MANY HOOKS  YOU CAN USE ON IT !!
