Bluegill Drawing
Had some free time this weekend and decided to do some drawing. All of my recent drawings have been deer. It's my first try at drawing fish in a few years so I just went with a simple side profile of a gill. Pretty happy with the way it turned out.

Thanks everyone. No, John this is it, unfortunately I have never been able to do what I want with colors to make a piece look right, just graphite pencil for me. And thanks Jeff for the critique, I definitely agree with you on where I drew the lure. I appreciate the feedback from everyone, thanks.

This is really good Adam! Great scale detail, fins and a nicely done eye, which so many artists get all wrong. I would like to see that lure closer to the fish, with his mouth open like that, but hey, awesome work man! Definitely keep at it.
