4/15/13 MODEL 1258 M 7' SLIDING BAND SPINNING ROD

SOLD GLASS CALLED " SEA FOAM GREEN " COLOR AND HEAVY AND SLOW. Still usable and nearly mint from Feb. 1953. This is the oldest Wonderod I have and really like it cause it's old like me .......

Yup Scruffy they are heavy compared to Graphite, but as tough as it gets and will with proper care and no abuse like car doors and trunk lids , LAST A LIFETIME ....

I don't get to say this much here at BBG, but I wasn't born when that rod was made!
When I was a kid I used the same kinda glass rods. I reva they were heavy, but pretty tuff.
