thanks Tootie!...funny story about this lake... my in laws moved up here 32 years ago. first oppurtunity i had was to take my father in law out on Wixom Lake with my new Bass boat... i thought i was a hot shot basss fisherman and did very well on my local lakes. we fished this lake hard all day and got blanked and i damaged my prop on a stump. we vowed to never fish the lake again and we took it off our list. 32 years later i moved next to it. lol. tough lake to fish with so much structure. but it has some above avg sized fish. the lake record for black crappie is just over 20".

thanks guys!... heat peak for the day, bright bluebird skies, t storms the night previous,, cold front conditions, NE winds... who would figure they were in less than 3-0ft of water!.
