Looks like a Warmouth Bass/ Sacramento Perch hybrid.  More than likely, it's just a Warmouth Bass with odd markings.

Thanks everyone for all the info on the fish. Joey ended up catching two of them in the same spot, both about the same size. From the info Mr. Mcwilliams found I believe it is a shadow bass. I have never heard of one in my area, which is NW florida. Thanks again for the help.
