Actually it's just a "gag" photo.  The fisherman took off one of the 5 swim baits and snapped on 3 more rigs.  And he's in a parking lot, not on a lake.  Problem with this photo is it might give poachers an idea to to try on schooling Stripers.  Imagine trolling that!

Looks like the Alabama Rig times 4!

Actually, many of our local bass tournament circuits are not allowing the Alabama Rig, and varying state regulations will come into play as well.

The shop I work at also carries a similar product for panfish...in particular, white perch. It's just a freshwater version of the saltwater umbrella rig. And they do work!
