Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

About half the 20 I caught Saturday afternoon were these, they were shaped liked a bluegill but were colored like a shell cracker. The rest were bluegillls and shell crackers.

All I can say is we lost track of how many  we caught keeping up with the 5 boat totals over 2 days , but we caught way more than we could eat.   LOFR

It was a great time Jeffery, the weather was great and I got to see the guys I met last time and got to meet Tooty and Joe Gill. The fishing was almost secondary. It would take a month long trip to figure out that much water.

Nice fish Keith......you guys had a great time.....that's the other part of fishing that I like......

Thanks, they look like a BG x Cracker mix to me. I fished night crawler sections drop shot style about a foot off the bottom, #10 cricket hook with just enough worm to cover it. Most were in 3 to 4 ft of water.
