I've used it in some flies but never had much luck. I use the chartreuse marabou alot for crappie jigs. I'll definitely tie a few more, thanks for the advice

Jen started us on the peacock herl with the deadly fly, and it's something to be inspired of. The coloration is a deadly attraction magnet. This may be your go-to weapon, so, you may want to make a few more as backup since the weather is warming up for some chasing action.

This was the first time i tied any this year. I've never used peacock herl before but I've heard it's a fish catcher. I'm excited to try these.
