That is a nice fish, I hope I catch one like this in the spring.  I will start posting some photos of mine as well and see if we get different colors.

 

This being third spring I will be curious how many fish I will have in there and if the Crappie did make it and are in the process of ruining my pond.  I hope all of the GSF, LMB, and CC will help keep the BC at bay.

Troy...the current population of hybrids at my favorite pond look very much like this fish. Most however, have a small orange crescent on the eartab.  No distinct barring, light color pec and pelvic fins. I'll try to post a few pics of them soon!
