Targeting Multi Species Panfish

In my location of New Jersey, panfish include a variety of Species. I enjoy a Multi species outing either fishing alone or with friends or Family members. Bluegill, Pumpkinseed, Red Breasted Sunfish, Bullheads, pan sized Stream Trout, White and Yellow Perch, Crappie, a few Rock Bass, a few Green Sunfish is what I encounter. All are welcome to join and archive their techniques and Species List .

The Yellow Perch and the White Perch are often my first and last Fish of the Year fishing from shore where I fish in NENJ. They are not only great tasting but are cooperative when other species are tough to catch early and late in the Year from shore.

Good eating there for sure.

Same scenario at the 'feeding ripples' spot so i downsized. The only thing the 6-7" Bluegills were interested in today was the 64th oz. 1" 'Lil Bit' by Mister Twister. Chartreuse or Yellow. Heavier stuff got pecked. The lighter lure was taken aggressively. 2#test, Daiwa Spinmatic-Z 500T Reel 5' Shimano Sensilite Rod.

Today for about an hour I saw feeding ripples  a cast away from shore . I got a few on a Kastmaster spoon ,one on a light Jig Spin and some on a 1" Minnow under a float but was disappointed in not having faster action . What I caught were Small Gills and Perch and one white Perch . Curious as to what others here would have thrown to the Boils.

Took my net and cut a swath in the leaves that collected by a wall I fish off. This guy and a small Crappie hit the Bucktail Jig right away!

Homemade Spinner Rigs with medium and Large Shiners have been keeping us on the Crappie .When the bait dies after a Crappie feed the Bullheads show up.
