Popper flies!
I've been tying flies for about 6 months or so, maybe a bit longer. I've only been fly fishing for around 8 months. A while back, I decided to make the attempt at doing my own poppers, from start to finish. Here are two of them.

Your fly tying ability is truly amazing Alex. You are doing an outstanding with those flies. Send photos of your flies, with fish attached to them. I'm in the process of tying a modified version of Jack Garthside's Gurgler. Will try to mail a couple of them to you later this week and have you try them out.
