We've come along way with the advent of Solid and then Hollow glass rods. Then followed by the wonder fiber Graphite and on to Boron mixes. Well guess what is old is new and what's new is old sometimes. Guess some bass anglers going back to glass rods because of the usually more limber tips ..........

Used to be great fly rod baits from 50 years ago. I must have 10 more full cards of these baits and never know when something will be unavailable again. Told my kids for years , WHEN YOU FIND SOMETHING THAT WORKS, BUYEM ALL CAUSE YOU JUST NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY'LL QUIT MAKING SOMETHING. SAME goes for the old Arbogast fly rod frogs underneath the Widow Makers......

Middle reel is a Shakespeare Au Sable model excellent condition. Bottom three are all JW YOUNG reels made in England. Super reels and 3 different sizes . MIddle young is near mint and a salmon model . All three Youngs are Beaudex models.
