Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

A few pictures of hybrid stripers that were caught  and released to catch another day.  My experiments.

David I got a dozen to try out and see just what they would do. So far so good. Even though they were about 4" I put them in the pond hoping the bass and catfish wouldn't eat them. I don't know how many survived but them things were and are super fast, the fastest fish in the pond and I think about all survived because they are so fast. The best thing on light tackle oh what a blast. Can't wait till they grow up.

I can sit and watch my catfish hoover up pellets and just chuckle the whole time. They are pellet hogs....but fun to watch.

Beautiful water Dick, it looks very inviting.

Beautiful pond, Dick!  You're right in wanting to get the catfish out - they have no qualms about pushing the 'gills aside and hogging all the pellets.

Yes and they are fine about doing that. The only thing that can compete with them are my hybrid stripers whichare so fast they beat the catfish to the draw but I think down the road they will have to come out to but for now we will just enjoy them.

Beautiful hybrid Dick!

Tony I'm confused. How did you get the post but when I look to see how it turned out I can't see the new picture's I installed this morning? I know your a computer Geek an all.

Dick I just opened the heading and there they were. Have you tried refreshing the page?

Yes I did all that but if you say there on there maybe I just can't see them don't know why that would be though.

Dick, what do you see when you leave BBG and come back to the page? Can you see everything except your recent photos? Is your photo editing program, as well as the folder you have the photos stored at on your computer, closed?

Dumb me, Tony they were on page 2 thanks.
