Do you love big bluegill?

For all of you all that fish out of a boat with a outboard motor, what have you heard about using gasoline with E85 , I have heard it will ruin your outboard motor, because of lack of octain, I know up north E85 is more available, I think they call it Flexfuel, I have been advised to only run Premium gas in my outboards, Has any one else had experience with this, what do you think?

Don't put that stuff in your outboard! E85 is only for vehicles especially equipped to use it, and those vehicles are plainly marked. Any other engine shouldn't get more than 10% ethanol, but ethanol-free is best.
E85 will eat up fuel lines and gaskets that aren't made for it, and the computers in E85 cars are set up to compensate for it.
