Ice Fishing and Me...
Due to an automobile accident I do not currently do much outside in the cold as it is somewhat painful with pins in the ankle. This being said with the advance in winter fishing gear I am thinking of trying it maybe though a guided service. But who knows still watching our pennies.

I have been hitting the gills almost every day for the last 7 weeks, and have only missed about 6 days due to heavy rainfall. Have gotten into some really nice gills, but right now the temps are climbing and the gills are headed for deeper water. I love catching them on the UL and then tossing them back so they can get bigger for next year. Have even gone to barbless hooks, and that I enjoy....lot easier to get the hook out. Sorry for not keeping better contact, but will try to get back to that now the gills are slowing down a bit.
