Penn., "Panfish Enhancement Special Regs"
I have a camp in Elk co., and none of the the spec reg waters nearby. Anyone here fish them ? Any good ? Just got my non-res license looking forward to spring trout and saw this. steve b

Have heard rumors of decent size bluegills in Pymatuning,and Shenango. A little birdy told me of a pond in the woods they found while trout fishing Little Toby, a trib of the Clarion river in Elk county. I've caught some of the decent 'Gills in Pyma., other leads remain rumors for you to check out. Will have to access topo's or nowadays, satellite maps to find the pond near Little Toby. steve b
