Friend of mine has a old chief motor that takes us up the river when we need it,still works great.

 Thank you everyone for the kind comments. I had a lot of fun making the 'ol gal live again. Right now I've got around 90.00 in her. I price a new 10 hp. mercury .....YIKES!

Earl you got her purring like a kitten. Yea Earl we don't call them antiques we call them vintage and I would say she runs like a new one.
