Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

I'm going to break one of my personal rules today.

Even though this really isn't about bluegill, I'd like to give a big "shout out" to John Sheehan's Christmas guitar instrumental CD. I've been listening to it for hours, and it's absolutely awesome.

I thought it would be appropriate on this forum to mention, because John is an avid member of www.bigbluegill.com , and this music is custom made for sitting in an ice fishing hut and catching big bluegill.

John Sheehan's music is soothing to the soul. It's got substance without seriousness. It's simply some of the finest instrumental music I've heard in a long time. I'm going to make it my mission to introduce at least five different people this week to this handcrafted CD. It's as if Sheehan has carved these arrangements out of his life's experience.

In a world where we spend most of our time listening to tales of doom, disaster and failure, what could be better than listening to these great Christmas arrangements. Like a friend of mine used to tell me..."If it's good to ya, it's good fer ya".

I guess I'm just gonna have to get me a copy. I have heard a little of your work on your page...excellent acoustic stuff. I learned on acoustic, but now play electric in our church praise band. Was in an Christian rock band for 8 years and we did all originals and cut a pair of CD's. Great time and fun. I know I haven't voiced it on this site, but music has been a pretty big part of my life. I guess there is more to life than bluegills! Rock on, John Sheehan!

Very very nice and encouraging words and thank you very much Bruce, but rules are rules and we are just gonna have to penalize you somehow. My suggestion being you have to post more big Bluegill photos in 2010 than 2009.
I am very pleased you like the CD .I hope your friends and family will also!Oh ,more than a little early but Merry Christmas! That goes for everyone at bigbluegill.com.I enjoy this site everyday and really enjoy all the cool folks I've met.You know who you are also.
