Baby bluegill

I just caught a bluegill that is less than a inch long on a size 14 hook.

I had a similar experience. I was fly fishing a small stream in Kingsland Tx trying to entice some carp to bite and I saw my line go sideways. I set the hook and a tiny pumpkin seed went whizzing by my ear. Didn't get to look at it cause it fell off the hook back into the stream. Must have been inch and a half at best. Aggressive little boogers.

ok ill try to get a picture next time. but i have one picture from last year but this bluegill is not as small its about 2 inches maybe bigger ill try to post it on if i can
