Do you love big bluegill?

Any one from nebraska on here that knows of a good place to fish for some big gills. I'm in the lincoln area. Thanks

No I haven't tried holmes lake. I sometimes forget about that lake. I hear its been deceant to fish since they redid it. My guess is they are fly fishing for the gills.

Have you tried Holmes lake yet? I've been hearing a fish in the 8-9 inch range mixed in with some smaller ones. I know a guy who's already been nailing some nice onces from a float tube.
