Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Imagine my surprise to open my email this morning and see a friend request from Scott Hudson, son of T.S. Hudson. I can tell the two of us have created quite the stir on the Big Blue Gill page. I never thought we'd find out about Mr. Hudson's fish! I'm excited and thrilled as all of you are. Maybe between Scott and I we can piece together where some of the fiction starts and the facts end.

And thank you all for your comments and encouragement. I just wish I had time to get out there and really find the fun places to fish. As for Ketona...well...now that I live here, I'd like to check it out if they would allow me access.

Christine, just for clarity, Do you want the Boogieman Specials , Bama Crimson Tops or would you prefer the Auburn Tiger Striped Tops?

When LOFR and the Boogieman hook up, banter ain't the word. He will send you a Roll Tide Quill, he done promised. Go buy yourself some store bought ones anyway. The Crimson one will be a treasure. Get you cousin on here too! How many more of ya'll are there?

I have got to get my Favorite Cousin, Chuck, on here. He would enjoy the banter. Who knows..since he is "older" he may even have more stories to tell!

OK Christine. I have negotiated a special edition Crimson topped hand tied LOFR Boogieman Special porqupine quill for you. More than I ever got. If there is anything else in the package, don't worry about it. It's harmless. You will have to be his friend so you can do the private e-mail thing, but he is a good friend to have here. Being a lord and all.

Ok, you have shamed me enough, so if Christine want a Genuine hand made Lord of the Flyrods Porcupine Quill , I put a couple more on the Assembly Line, Boogieman Specials, Whats Special you ask? They will have Crimsons tops.

Careful Christine. His Lordship sent me a package in the mail. I was so excited. It was one of those tube mailers. Just right for holding his hand tied quills. There were ZERO quills inside. I will not divulge what was inside. I must admit he never promised me a quill package, but I sure was surprised by what he did send. Careful!!!

Christine, I would be glad to donate some genuine Porcupine Quills that I make up special, I 've been using them for 50 years and haven't found anything better as a strike indicator .

If you zoom in on the lake, I think I saw a 10 pounder in there :) ya'll have a great day dreaming about this stuff. I have to host a yard sale! I think I can do some poking around and see what we can do about getting an invite into the lake area.
