Any other 'gillgetters from New England?

Where I'm from (SE Massachusetts), Bluegill aren't a very sought after species of fish. Most anglers around here are Striper fanatics. I spend the vast majority of my time fishing the sweetwater for Bass, Panfish, and Trout from the comfort of my Ocean Kayak.

I'm curious to know if there are any other members from the New England area.

Dear Yakker:
I am a former resident of Sharon, MA (26 years), before retiring and moving to west KY on Kentucky Lake. There are some great ponds and rivers in MA for Gill fishing. I am a long time fishing and hunting buddy of Charlie Soares who writes for the Fisherman and On the Water. I have a boat and a kayak, its a toss-up on which I like best. I will send a message on some of my favorite venues. Mike Greene
