What type of animal is a bluegill?
Iusually fish a 1 acre pond in a small subdivision that I own land in.I split my BG time between that small pond and a large impoundment nearby.

Sorry to hear about your illness. Hope you feel better. Ive been out a couple times on Cally and getting big gills by the wall. The next cold spell may shut them down for a while so I'll probably end going after cats for a while.

Thanks Fred, I will take you up on the offer some time. I am heading out to Calaveras to try and find the gillsduring the colder weather. I did good during the summer but it has been a little tougher this winter. I'll find them though.  Dunlap is tops for the big redear though and I'll probably make a trip up that way soon as well.
