Peter, I caught this one on a chernobyl ant I tied. The big white thing is a mouse I tied for bass. I do use my fly rod a lot, but it was very windy so I left it at home. Plus an ultralight with a glass bobber and fly is a blast. Jeremy

Peter...I pretty much live at Lake Perris now. It's only a 20-25 minute drive, and the fish are big! I've discovered a whole new way to catch big BGs.

Thanks Peter for the words of encouragement! Flyfishing is something that I have always wanted to get good at. I'm learning it's alot like golf....looks easy, but it's not that way!

Hi Peter! Welcome to this great site! Lots of very cool stuff here.I too am from SoCal (Riverside) as are several others. I've got to get out my fly rods and start fly fishing again. I've been having so much fun with the 2 lb line and the ultralight tackle that I just don't want to change! Hey Pete, what Lake is that in your photo? Is that Puddingstone?
