Butch,,,thanks for sharing your info on Big Platte Lake...I love to visit that part of our state...might you have a recommendation in the area for a week of fall fishing in late Sept or first couple weeks of Oct. Myself and two other fishing buddies have now giving up on perch fishing on Drummond Island after the past four years just have not produced any reasonable numbers of catch for a week of fishing... Hi Butch...I attempted to fish Big Platte Lake several years ago, while vacationing there. Never did do well on any gills or perch...did catch a couple of good sized small mouth bass. Wondered if you have any experience on BPL...Dave
