Brendon this time of the year I have been using a fly similar to a wooly worm but it has beed eyes and legs. It has been working for bass and crappie to.

Hi Brendon, welcome to BBG. Great site for picking up fishing tips or leaving a few.

When you joined up, I could read only part of your comments. Don't know why that was but if you want to ask a question in general, go to the Forum page and click on add a discussion, top right. We can read all of what you say then. If you see another posting you want to ask about, that posting will have a "reply to this" link. Don't forget to read the rules, they make it good for all of us.

Hope you enjoy the site, and I've just got to say. Your avatar is kind of scary but a 2 lb Bluegill on the end of my line would make me tremble for hours, and I'm the.........

Wondering...

How on earth do you peoples catch those massive bluegill's? I've never got a bluegill that massive in my life, I haven't fished alot recently. However I'm a bass man but bluegill's are pretty fun to there are quite a bit in a pond that are walking distance from my house but its october now and I can't fish warmly now until.... what April? anyways im just wondering if theres anything other else than a worm that will work..... later everyone
