You would need that thing up here, Carl!  Most of the natural lakes slope so gradually, that you can walk out 100' and only be waist-deep!

GUYS;; ASK OLD TOOTY HOW MANY TIMES I USED THAT LONG POLE FOR SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS !  COMBINATION-- PLUG RETREVIAL;; RED NECK DEPTH FINDER;; PUSH POLE TO GET AWAY FROM THE BANK INSTEAD OF USING A OUTBOARD OR TROLLING MOTOR; ALSO USED IT TO SNEAK INTO AREAS WITHOUT SPOOKING ANY FISH !!
