Hi Joseph, it was caught out of a local pond close to my home in Troy, NY (Brunswick area) close to Albany, NY this past summer.

Hey Warrior, you know that's literally a world-class sunfish you have there. Congrats! I once caught a 10 3/4 in 'seed in a local pond and have caght a few more that exceeded the 10 in standard, truely awesome sunfish. Wow!

You and Musky Mod have the best P-Seed pics I've ever seen. Unbelievable. I'm thinking of setting up P-Seeds/Redears to get a hybrid and also BG/Redear and BG/Seed hybrids in my reproduction ponds and can't wait to witness the results.

Thanks guys for all the nice comments! It put up a tremendous fight and came close several times to hanging me up in the brushpile or breaking me off (lucky to have finally hauled him in!)
