I've never done good with sliders and I know they catch fish so instead I use 1 1/2 twister tails. I think its one of them confident things we tend to use what works for us best and what we have the most confidants in. I do have a tackle box full of sliders but it comes back to what I'm comfortable with so they rarely get used.
