Catch & relase only! Took a fishing trip to SW OKLA a few weeks ago and this sign was posted at all 13 lakes in the refuge. We think it's a great tool to keep from having to stock their lakes.

No mining but a lot of artillary shelling. The refuge is next to Fort Sill, a very large Army base. Shelling goes on all day long.
