Wasp Larvae.....Often called an Umbrella Wasp
Paper Wasps build along shorelines because of the abundance of water which aids in their nest construction. These larvae can be a rewarding bait but there is less risk involved catching grass shrimp....LOL

Be careful with using wasp larva for bait. I fed some to my cichlids in my aquarium and it killed them! I guess their venom is potent at this stage too!
