Do you love big bluegill?
Not much fishing...
... due to weather and some domestic comittments. But when you cant fish, you can tie a few flies. Some more experiments here.

These were some of the first ones with which I laid thread to hook.
These would be from back in July. All have succumbed to the stripping knife by now, to be made into something else.
The red one is a fine chenille body and the grey fluff from the base of some feather. Interestingly, it caught a few fish.
