Veteran's Day Daily Double.......
42 gills on a small 1/100th ice jig fished under a quill for easy detection......fish were near bottom around structure in five to seven feet of water.......drizzle and mist all day but a mild 65 degrees with 56 degree water..........

Had rain on Veteran's Day 2014 and water temps in the middle 50s........gills still cooperated though............

The same location yesterday had water temps near 70 and last year on Veteran's Day it had already dropped to 56.........but despite that significant detail the fish were in the same area just suspended a bit more yesterday while they were near bottom last November...........
