It was quiet early as the marsh was covered with fog from the dead calm conditions...........just the screech from a great blue heron could be heard and the splash from a breaking fish now and again............a few floats went down around our boat as tidal crappie tugged on the minnow tipped jigs in blue/white and bubble gum...............
