Small Golden shiners John......same ones I get for crappie fishing.........these Florida strain gills here will crush the small minnows and threadfin shad fry...........

That is cool , what size and kind minnow? I recall my brother Greg getting a Gill on a tip-up with a fathead minnow thru the ice .That was wild !I only once caught a Gill on a slip floated fathead .It probably can happen more than I try !.
