Caught 56 this afternoon and most were in one to two feet of water......pounding jigs under a float tipped with a small shiner.........swam around cover...........

Gotta agree with Master Jeffrey bout the ease of cleaning COLD CRAPPIES, and I usually put mine on ice here and that helps too.......

You might say that Jim!..... an ice cold Crappie is the easiest fish to clean in my opinion......I've been timed at 46 per hour where as gills my best is 41.......
