I'll send you a couple of these guys to fish your Bass pond Jim....put them under a big popping cork and see what happens.....

One of the best clues to female Crappie going shallow is the presence of these active Golden Shiners.....I almost always catch them when our water temperatures approach 60 degrees......These big fat females are going to introduce millions more little shiners into the food chain, it's a wonder we can catch anything in these waters with all the food sources....
