Wrap the line above the upper legs, just right below the led jig, to create a higher angle for the legs.
I've tested the vibration in the cup of water, using the food coloring dye, and the best angle creating the most vibration in the water columns are 35° for one pair of legs while the other is at 65° or 115°.
