Thanks, Slip!  My main challenge at this point is just getting enough ponds built so I can keep up with demand - I sold all of the hand-painted bluegill we were able to harvest this year and could have sold several thousand more.  The first few years I did pond management as a business I just bought all of my fish from other hatcheries, and most of my biggest competitors still do that; but my goal is to raise most of my own fish within the next two to three years.
