Big Gills Finally Moving Shallow......5/12/2020
Water temps have reached 67 degrees and I located some in two feet of water ........caught and released nearly 20 of these great gills ......same spot the bass was.......

It took until May the 12th.........in 2020 for the big coppernose to move in.......that likely happens first in locations where the crappie are finished and have pulled out......they do however have to compete with Largemouth bass which are starting to claim shallow nesting areas..........
