Happy to get out a few hours this afternoon after a brutal four day run of dangerous boating conditions........Mother Nature still rules!

I hear you Keith......the wind has been rough the entire month of April........any day now Carl........hope you can get out soon Slip........I've never lived somewhere that I had long periods of no fishing.......don't know how I would do with that!

…we had an overall mild winter record setting at times , but left us in transition with no fishing and a shortened ice season. Early ice out then the polar vortex settled in for a couple weeks... frustrating

Warm here Jeffery but wind was 25 mph most of the day. Changed lines, cleaned reels and such today. Getting ready to get the boat out soon.

Thanks Slip........I saw what you guys are facing..........just strange how mild our winter was and some of the worst cold fronts have come during Spring.........I saw the snow at the Tigers game.........crazy to see at a baseball venue! Hope you get out sooner!
