Water Was Flat on The Albemarle Today After Four to Five Footers Yesterday....
Biggest factor is the 10 degree drop in surface temps just since Wednesday........we'll bounce back quickly with any luck........

Indeed it does Carl.......I love this spot at sunrise during the summer.......You enter the main river and take a hard right to the southeast and the brilliant sunrise is right off the left bow............the property on the right is for sale.....1,000,000 smacks for just over an acre on the big Pasquotank......normal water level is just a foot below the top of the bulkhead........but whoever buys the lot won't have any problem putting their mansion up in the air.........on the left is a long time Thoroughbred Farm.........not uncommon to see hundreds of boats anchored in this bay during the summer.......cooking out, fishing, listening to music, having a few spirits, swimming and the likes.......known simply as Winslow's Beach in these parts......
