Tooty that's what they are for is to catch fish and are defiantly replaceable. Now that you have the recipe you cap make 100. Continued good luck on your trip wish I was with you.

UNTIL ANYONE sees these in person Dick they won't appreciate how life like they look. I didn't use em in Iowa but will here in the ponds in the next week , I WAS AFRAID OF LOOSING ONE IN THE MANY SNAGS OUT THERE ! THEY are too valuable to me to take a chance on loosing one , hope ya understand . I WILL CATCH FISH ON THESE SOON AND WILL POST THE PICS ........

Thanks Greg it was awhile coming but I finally got it off. I had one recipe made up but lost it when my computer died on me and had to replace it so I had to make up another one. Then I had to figure out how to load it on BBG and a BIG THANKS for Leo who came to my rescue again.

Good for you Mike I'm anxious to see it. I'm glad we got the tying juices flowing that's a good thing. I just through this together looking at the picture of one of the bugs I took from my pond but so far its the only thing artificial I found that catch gills out of the pond other than worms that my granddaughter uses. It was fun to make and I know there are probably easier ways to tie it and I'll be open to them all. Thanks for the interest
