Sharon, sounds like you need to rotenone your pond and start over with real bluegill not hybrids .

I have that problem with GSF. Seems there's nothing left in my pond but them and catfish. I caught a very fat 22" catfish on the trotline yesterday. They all went to the creek. I called a few neighbors, but nobody wanted the catfish. Too hard to clean.  Would like to catch one of the bass I put in there, and see how big they are getting. Anyone have any bass catching tricks?

Hi Sharon, I  an hour to fish and went to one of my favorite bream holes  to check it out but was skunked on  bluegill , the nasty , stinking ,trout wouldn't leave my bait alone.

Did this go to the creek or the grease?
