Scenic North Carolina….Three Sisters Swamp
Recently the Smithsonian Magazine featured the Bald cypress trees in Three Sisters Swamp in Eastern North Carolina….turns out these trees are the oldest in North America east of the Mississippi River…..they were placed at 2,624 years old…..incredible to me since I frequent cypress swamps……
